A coaching session is a safe place to explore your needs. I listen closely to what you're saying and help you figure out what to do with the information you've shared. I can empathize with many of your experiences, and I'll be by your side, supporting you throughout your wellness journey.
The food on your plate is just a small portion of integrative nutrition. We'll look at your entire circle of life, how you play, how you sleep, how you work, how you connect with friends and family, how you live. If any part of your life is out of balance, you can't live the vibrant life you want to live.
It's not all talk, talk, talk. Sustainable change involves a mind/body connection. Throughout our sessions I may utilize various somatic techniques to help with stress reduction, improve self-awareness and increase neuroplasticity.
